BAD SERVICE

<p>i have had the SECURIMED board outside my house for the past 5v years as they were my installers of my alarm system as well as ARMED RESPONCE. today I call them to come and have aa look at my alarm as it broke over the weekend and was passed to a lady called WANDA. her question maybe after hearing that she is speaking to a BLACK person was where do I live? i told her in LANGA and she rudely said sorry we dont do that area. I am quite aware that they do not do ARMED RESPONCE at langa but when my alarm goes off the alert me as well as the police. I tried to expalin this to her and she cut me off RUDELY and said I should have my sign at my house put down as they do not cover this area and hung up. I have never spoken to anyone so RUDE in my entire life and frankly I will have the sign put down cause I do not want my house to be associated with such UNCOUTH people with no level of PROFESSIONALISM. when i installed the alarm the gladly came to ke house and was very nice now that i need service I am given rude service. tWANDA should be fired as she is putting a bad name to this company</p>
