Worst service ever experienced!
Why am I not surprised to read Luger1’s review!? Securezy takes SO long to complete the job that they forget what the initial order was! A deposit for a new security gate was paid on 17 February 2017 and I was promised that installation would be done by 24 February 2017. Eventually the installation was only done 4 months later (12 June 2017). Nothing was as agreed upon initially (apart from the poor workmanship). It was later discovered that Securezy appointed a sub-contractor (Secursol) and the wrong instructions were given. Securezy, however, agreed to replace the gate. To date, almost 6 months later, the gate has still not been replaced. In the meantime the badly welded (2nd hand) hinges broke and the gate could not be opened (see picture attached). Secursol also offered to have the gate motor serviced for which an amount of R1480 was paid. After numerous appointments I had to arrange for the gate motor to be collected on 12 September 2017 (exactly 3 months later!). Needless to say, it was later discovered that the gate motor was never handed in for a service. I had to pay a contractor an extra R5053 for the gate motor to be serviced and for the installation of the maglock for which Securezy had already received payment! Securezy accepts no responsibility because they appointed a sub-contractor to do the job. Whenever you see SECUREZY or SECURSOL, stay clear! This is definitely the worst service I have ever experienced!

Do you want me to add the response that i wrote on Facebook.I told you that i fully take responsiablty of the work that the company Secursol did on the gate because i employed them to do that.Second off all the hindges wasnt second hand as you told me before that it was your old hindges that was on the gate that we took off.Strainge because that hindges was still on the gate when we took it away.
About the motor repair is on yourself because you hired him and you even told me how glad you are that you met him because his such a nice young boy.And what do you call that silver long steel thing on the both sites off the gates that Secursol putted up.Thats your mattlock.So please dont say that we didnt put it up.
