Poor/Non-Professional Services

Bought a garage door controller from them, on power-up, the 5V circuit short circuit after multiple conversion from 24VAC-12VDC-5VDC and the feedback from them was surge damage. Bought a second one, on power-up, it didn't even power-up. The input to both boards was 24.5 VAC.

Claiming now that they are only distributor and I need to liases with the manufacturer for warranty issues.
