Secured Funds - This company was running a promotion whereby if you invest you receive an incentive and then monthly returns thereafter. The incentives were to be paid out 5 days after payment. Of course on day 5 I check in and the story has changed to "not sure when". I then just ask for a refund because I don't want to wait another 5 days. I requested a refund on the 27th of Jan 2021 and today is the 10th Feb 2021 still nothing. I've been asking for an address and OFFICE telephone number forever and there's nothing. No number , no social media and the website has also disappeared. There's been all sorts of stories like the Rosebank offices is opening , the telephone line isn't active , the refund guy had COVID and that's why there is a delay and bla bla bla.
