Rather unsafe then deal with this again.

We asked for a quote in February 2022. Secure Tech sent a technician and a few months later we still haven’t heard anything. June 2022 Secure Tech gave us another qualification. Mr. C ****r advised us to install a new alarm and add some elements of the old alarm. After the first two NO SHOWS from the company Mr. S ****r apologized and gave us 3 month service fees for free. The third call out they didn’t come again. Fourth time lucky, alarm installed, but at this point we did not take off from work anymore to wait for installation. No demonstration done. This is now Aug 2022, 6 months since we asked for a security quote. We got a brand new alarm but for a month we couldn’t use it, we didn’t even know how to arm it. We book a call out. A new technician is sent to my house to give me the demonstration. He does not change the keypad code and give me the master code of the company, the panic buttons also don’t work. This is now the 7th call out. He will return tomorrow. During call-out 8 he realize that the alarm power source is dysfunctional, we have no panic buttons, the wiring has been done very badly and open exposed wires in my kids room. The magnets at the doors are also still old. Good news in 6 months we finally got a security signage to put up by the gate. He doesn’t have any silicone, and has to leave to go buy. Board up!! Falls off 5mins after he leaves. The technician has to come back on Monday to fix the installation. This is 6months later and 10 call outs later. I have asked the security company to rather remove the alarm on Monday as I cannot be patient anymore.
