Secur Shop Poor Service and no delivery

On 10 Dec 2017 I ordered an Apple watch on line. Paid the same day. 3 days later I recieved a mail asking for proof of payment. So i mailed the proof. Then my problems started. Following is the Dates and mails between me and them. 22/12/2017 Hi I just want to find out about my order I placed on 10 Dec. Order , Apple watch 3 - 42mm GPS Silver I received a mail on 13 Dec stating it will be shipped on 15Dec afternoon. I then received a mail on 20 Dec saying that there is no stock??? How can there be no stock if it was already shipped on 15 Dec??? Hello Jaco We expected to ship on the 15th because Apple stock was supposed to arrive on that day, but no South African website has received stock even today. Please allow for the end of the day to see if the stock will finally arrive today. I apologise for all inconveniences. 27/12/2017 Good day Did the stock arrive yet? When can I expect delivery? Until today I have not heard from them or got my watch! Tried calling them, but alwys busy, say they will call you back, but never do!
