Secur ********** company

Payment was made 23 August 2019. They promise to deliver and after 6 weeks they said, sorry they cant deliver and now they don't want to pay back my money. They don't answer your mails, they don't answer there phones. ********** company!!!! They promise to pay me back by 1 November, but still nothing!!!!
