Money spent, goods NEVER received... 2 years later!!!

In December 2017 we placed an online order to the value of R7399.00, we never received our order, and were strung along by Luyolo (if that is even his real name) until eventually he stopped responding to e-mails and no longer answered our calls. This is definitely not a secure online shop as its name suggests. If the "owner" of this business has any scruples about this misconduct he/ she should refund us, albeit 2 years later!!!
