We were very excited to work with Secur to conduct a Vulnerability Assessment / Penetration Test for our business. They required us to pay the invoice upfront and then never delivered anything. They still owe us just over R50 000.

The report you provided was not up to industry standard and there were a few mistakes in that report which you failed to correct even after the issues were raised. You had roughly 35 days to correct those issues during which you stated in 4 emails that you would correct them, even though you never did. We got no value from your company and therefore the refund is fully justifyable.
