SECURE POOLS. Let’s face it, pool covers are not cheap and it’s not a luxury but a necessity and enlisting a reputable company is very important. If you are desperate for a pool cover for the safety of your small babies please DON’T use SECURE POOLS. Lisa Miere is a first-class **** and has no fair business practice. I urgently required a pool cover and contacted a few companies, Lisa got back to me all helpful and pleading for the business as due to Covid-19 her business was struggling. As much as I wanted to have everything in writing she kept calling me on whatsapp and calling me via a normal call. I felt sorry for her because I am also a woman and gave her the business as she said she was struggling and needed the business. I explained that we needed the pool cover installed before we moved into our house. Long story short, Lisa has taken our money and now not answering our phone calls OR agreeing to refund our money, the address on her facebook and website is incorrect. Please think twice before falling victim to this woman, I paid her a lot of money and no cover and no refund.
