Rude and poor follow up service

The company owner (or something like that), Gunther, is very rude. After installing my alarm and motion sensor beams and getting his money , he literally turned his back on me. He was rude when I reported complaints with beams that kept going off. He never came back to attend to the complaint. His chief technician, Tebogo, is such a gentleman though. He doesn't deserve to be working for this man. Avoid this company at all costs.
