Secure Irrigation and Landscaping review

Secure Irrigation and Landscaping laid roll on lawn for us in November 2019. There were yellow dry patches in the lawn which they said would turn green later. We mowed and watered precisely as they instructed but the patches only increased. On the day they laid the lawn we asked them for a maintenance package. Their website offers these packages with the promise ( I quote) "we will keep your garden in tip top condition all year around. This includes composting, disease and **** control , pruning and trimming, lawn dressing and new plants as needed." (end quote). They sent us a quote for the first maintenance, which we accepted. We also asked them to supply pots and plants as per their recommendation.

At end of January they arrived to do the job. They potted the plants and threw dry fertilizer on the lawn. This took them one hour. I pointed out the dry patches in the lawn but their answer was vague. Maybe worms? Maybe over watering? They did nothing about it and just suggested we water less and throw an Omo solution of the dry patches. We did this but it had no effect whatsoever. The plants they supp**** died within one week. We have dated photos to prove this. I contacted them and received a very angry and rude reply. After this all attempts to contact them were met with silence. Eventually we sent them a registered letter threatening legal action. They ignored this as well. I must warn people not to deal with this firm. Their products and workmanship are inferior. They just take your money and disappear.
