Secure Debt Counseling is a ****

The company contacted me and wanted to facilitate debt counseling process. They debited my account but in the 5 months they didn't contact a single creditor of mine and as a result I defaulted payments. They have not refunded me the complete amount back and it's been over a year later and the consultant's latest excuse is that they're experiencing financial difficulties and even staff is sent home. They will take your money and run. I am pursuing legal action against them.
