SEcure CArports Richards Bay disgraceful service

September 2022 the said company erected a corrugated cromadec lean-to approximately 15m long by 3m wide. After completion by December 2022 a number of defects were identified the worst of which were twofold.. [1] the gutter they installed is insufficient to accommodate rain water drainage and instead the water overflows into the covered area, and [2] the roof leaks at almost every overlapping joint again into the covered area. Since January 2023 we have been constantly communicating via whatsapp with the said company about these defects. It's now almost March 2024, 13 months and 133 whatsapp messages of promises later, NOTHING has been done!

This level of service is totally unacceptable; to make continued promises and NEVER show up to honour them smacks of disrespect and a 'dont-care' attitude. I will never recommend this company to anybody!
