Poor service

It’s disappointing to hear that secure access witbank has been sold or taken over by vital yet no Communication sent out to me as a client . The service has deteriorated instantly with extremely poor response times .. even calls are delayed with pathetic exudes of system issues for a week ? Unacceptable... what am I paying for Secure Access or Vital ????
