BAD SERVICE AND BROKE PROMISES

e<br> We contacted the company (Lana Coetzee) for a quotation for a leak on our premises. We received a quotation to detect the leak and Arno, the guy with the leak detection equipment came and explain what needed to repair the leak. Lana then send a quotation with very little details. When I phoned her (Lana) she said that the quotation includes the repairing of the leak. Arno came to see what the plumbers were doing and when he saw the quotation he told my wife Lana did a wrong quotation and not the repairs he was given. The work is not done according to Arno and we spend almost R5000, 00 on this shoddy and poor work. She (Lana) want to put the blame on us for her *********** and bad service. The problem is now even worse then before. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CHEATING COMPANY TO ANYONE. BE AWARE, THEY JUST WANT MONEY
