Pool safety net not correct, removed, no refund

I ordered a pool net from Secur-A-Pool who was the cheapest out of several quotations. Before ordering I discussed the quote with Natashia to ensure I will get what I expected. Of particular concern to me was the tensioning system and Natashia assured me there is only one system and it is the same that everyone uses. I was happy with other details such as 10mm squares and stainless steel brackets, which was clearly shown with a picture on the quote.<br> <br> Once the net was installed I was not happy as there were no brackets, instead just holes drilled direct in the paving for the hooks. The tensioning system was not the proper central tensioning system around the float. The float was just floating loose in the pool and not part of the net system. I discussed this with Natashia and her representative met me on site. I could push the net about 0.5 meter below the surface of the water, which defeats the purpose. The guy told me the net will shrink over the next two weeks and I pointed to him on their quote that they claim their nets are pre-shrunk.<br> <br> They agreed to remove the net and to refund me. This was 2 weeks ago and they ignore my calls and e-mails. Now I have no money and no net.
