DO NOT BUY from this company

I was charged R100 for overnight delivery which I did and paid for on monay the 7th of December, I need the product urgently. I then waited for my tracking number which I did not receive so I called and got my tracking number and when I tracked the product it had not been couriered yet, I then called the UTI Couriers and the told me that the parcel had been put on economy delivery and would only be delivered on Thursday. I waited the entire day and nothing arrived, no one called me to let me know where my product was, I waited outside my company till 6pm and nothing arrived, It is now Friday 11:30 and I still have not received any product nor have the UTI courier guys called me. I then called Willem Van Den Brink the owner of secuplus and he told me they always put the delivery on economy regardless of if I pay extra for overnight delivery. So I have paid R215.00 for the product that has not arrived and an extra R100.00 for overnight delivery which was never going to be an overnight delivery even if I paid R1000.00 cause the owner of the business just pockets all that money... R315.00 over 2 hours of phone call and hard ache and no product! DO NOT BUY from Secuplus you won't get it
