Secunda tombstones

I made a lybye for a memorial tombstone at secunda tombstones in May the duration is 6months, in June I lost my job so everything came into stand still financially.I called at the office to find out what is going to happen if on my 6month I haven't settle the outstanding balance the respond was ' that means you will loose your money" I asked them for extension buy they say I can't extend.What amaze me on the day of a lybye they told they will start to make a tombstone once the balance is full paid, I was never told If i fail to make a payment on time I will forfeit my deposit and not that even stated on their terms and conditions.This is a lot of money that I will just loose just like that I feel I'm being ******
