Violated and disgusted

I really did want to do this but the fact that this guy did not feel remorseful I am putting out to the public. I’m an employee in the mall. On the 15th May 2018 after I finished my shift I rushed to the lavatory whereby the all men’s lavatory was occupied and rushed to the disabled 1 as I see that it vacant and had an emergency. The guy ( short, light in complexion) who works in the men’s lavatory shouted “you should use this lavatory” I ignored him as I wasn’t going to spend even 2 minutes in there. As I was busy inside he opened the door from the outside that I locked and continued shouting that he’s going to report me as I’m not disabled. I asked if declaring people as disabled or not part of your job description. He couldn’t answer me but continued shouting at me. I called the center management to confirm if their employees are allowed to open the door whilst we are relieving ourselves? The friendly lady said they are not allowed. I really felt violated in front of customers who were laughing. Now whenever I think of going there I only think that scene. Could he wait for me to finish then address the matter politely and strange enough it’s not the 1st time seeing me using that lavatory and I am not the only “Abled” person who uses the room. Please address this matter and train your employees to be properly.Dis and don’t’s are important when you serve people.
