Total disregard for Customer safety

A few weeks ago my daughter and I visited Secunda Mall.On using the elevator next to PNA ( the left hand side), the door closed ON my daughter, thus the sensors are not working, I managed to get my trolly in so the doors cant hurt her more.Obviously Traumatized by this, I calmed by little one and we went straight to the Centre Management offices to report this,The lady at reception just said that they are so sorry about this, and they will send someone asap. Which I suppose never happened, A week after this we had the same problem, this time the doors closed as normal but the elevator never moved, and the doors did not want to open, luckily after a few minutes we managed to get the doors to open,but very very slowly, but we got out. Yesterday again, as we were waiting for the elevator next to this one we now don't use it, there were people trapped inside,same as we were,a man inside managed to slide his hand in between the doors and push them open to free them.This is totally unacceptable. it is clear you have no respect for the safety of your customer and don't care if,even if a child could have been almost crushed. are you waiting to kill someone first?Or don't you care?
