Parking lady refuses us to park at mom n kids parking

The parking lady refused me n my partner to park at mother and kids parking. I don't know what her reasons are, but i also didn't like her attitude towards us. We always park there, why are we refused to park today? We have a 1 year 6 months child. Who is supposed to use that parking?
