useless response and rude

I app**** for a home loan in November last year and got rude emails saying they tried to call me at no avail... I responded with all my information that they needed and never heard from them again. I app**** now again and said I am unavilable untill 3pm due to my job. I get another rude email and again told them available after 3pm. I got 5 calls from them and all went to my mail box THAT SAYS I AM ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER 3PM. DO THEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!
