Very bad service

my car is after accident shifted by the insurance to Sectri which is now more than two month back. Since that time i got after long time messages from Sectri that they wait for spares than that the car is for spray paint than that the car is for mechanical assembling than it was quiet again . after i called last week Friday i got told that the guy on the phone is not at the shop he will check when he get there and call me back, nothing happend . I called second time than he told me he is at a spare part shop to get a bearing which they still need to install and he will call me back later , nothing happend . I called again and got the information that my car will get ready by tuesday or wednesday this week. Which was at least more or less a lie . And today i got a message that they had to back order the bearing which will take another three weeks now. that is bad service as i have to pay since the insurance is out by myself for a rental car which cost me already 12000 rand and will cost me than another round 15 to 20000 till my car is fixed. so who ever needs a repair after an accident special for nissan i would not put my choice to Sectri Auto body !!!
