Only good for a quick fix

I took my Hilux in for body repairs. Initially the job was done to standard and I was happy with it. They replaced the left hand side panel of my load bin. There was minor issues and it was fixed straight away until I was happy. Today approximately 2 years later the left hand side panel of the load bin is starting to tear apart from the rest of the load bin where it was welded together especially at the rear by the tailgate. I've contacted the office of Sectri Auto Body and was told that they would call back. About a week later and not hearing anything from them I called again and I was given a number to one of the managers who I should contact directly. I did that and explained the situation to him and he asked that I sent him pictures of the tears which I did. That was done on the 30th of November 2023 and according to whatsapp he did not even bother to have a look at them as the messages where delivered but not read. And still to this day no reply. So for short term fixes on your vehicle Sectri is the way to go but be aware on the long run it will come back and bite you and they will not even own up for their mistakes.
