Lack in every aspect

Do yourself a favor and don't make use of their services. They will tell you it will take 2 weeks to fix your vehicle, my vehicle has been there for 6 weeks now. If I ask for an update I am told to be patient where that is all I have been for the past 6 weeks. If I ask them what part they are still waiting for they ignore me, as if I am not entitled to know. They don't give accurate updates, I was told originally that the alternative parts arrived and they are only waiting for one more part, with the next update they said they are still awaiting all of the parts. I have not come accross 1 person in Secunda with positive feedback about this panel beater. If you can't deliver your service in the timeframe you provided me, give me the opportunity to find someone who will instead of giving me inaccurate information to change my mind in finding another panel beater.
