Bad repairs

My vehicle was taken for a service at Westvaal Secunda. App on collection of my vehicle the bonnet was dented. They took the vehicle to Sectri Auto Body for repairs and after 3weeks I received my vehicle back with the same dents and the bonnet was polished through. I reported it back to Westvaal Secunda and they sent the vehicle back. Now another 4 weeks later I receive my vehicle back and the dents are still there. When collecting the vehicle for the first time we went directly to the panel beaters to show them and they responded and said they would like a full report of whom inspected the vehicle and what the faults are. They were extremely rude. I feel that this is very unprofessional of a company and as far as I know it is impossible to take 7 weeks to repair dents on a bonnet \even though it's still visible. "
