Dissatisfied

I recently bought a flat in Florida Roodepoort Gaueteng about two days ago the water was cut off.I contacted them of the dilemma and was informed that the municipality has cut it of due to non payment.This is so pathetic as I believe that it is the body corp responsibility.(I have emails to proof my case)how can you assist me to resolve this issue as I want to escalate this cas
