Body Corp not worried about flooding in complex

We have been having a problem with flooding in our complex for about 10 years now and our body corp has sent out the insurance ppl about 3 times to take pictures however have not managed to sort the problem it feels like no one cares. There is damp in our house and the rain comes through one of the walls, we have mentioned this them however nothing has been done. It is affecting our house that there is a big crack in the wall in the dinning room(they have also taken pictures of this). I have videos and pictures of the flooding. We have had to replace our furniture about twice due to it getting wet.
