WE HAD AN ALL INCLUSIVE LEVY NOW THE BRETTONWOODS BODY CORPORATE WANTS TO CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL-LEVY FOR THE HELPERS QUARTERS

I bought an apartment a long time ago, it’s been fully paid up, n top of the building we have the helpers quarters which was included in our levies, apparently now the body corporate decided if your helper is staying in the room we now have to pay an extra R750 which we never paid for before, I own the apartment and before all was included, I agree we have to pay the lights and water bill seperately but to now pay an additional R750 which we never did before as an extra Levy is this legal or are we being exploited please advise the name of the building is BRETTONWOODS BODY CORPORATE, KILLARNEY
