The Secret Garden Fourways

<p>We've had our girl's 11th birthday party at THE SECRET GARDEN in Fourways as a HIGH TEA. The venue is beautiful but the sevice and function co-ordinator is not so great. We visited the venue beforehand to get an idea of what we would get on the day. We got about a third of the food promised to us on our trial day. Unfortunately we got so busy on the day of the party that we only realised this when we started packing up. Now I'm not sure if this was done on purpose i.e. they wait until you ask for the rest, or if this is really the food the offer for 20 high teas at R170 a head?? Honesty would have been appreciated never the less. So all I can say, is that the venue is great, but very pricy, and don't expect "hands-on" service. You will be very disappointed.</p>
