SECRA solar

<div>Quoted on the supply and installation of solar panels, inverters and batteries. The quote was accepted and 96% payment was done and the delivery of the hardware was done after two weeks. I was then notified that he underquoted and he requested an increase of the price of R138 000 due to underquoting. I refused to pay the increased price. All work was done except the installation of the solar panels. Eventually I had to install the last 25 solar panels at my own cost and to date I have not received my COC.</div>
