Poor online service Second Wave

I ordered a face mask online on 19 August 2021 and paid via Pay fast EFT. Order number is 2600. I received confirmation that payment was received on the same date and order been processed. To date none received or any contact made with me. There turn around time is 3-5 Business days. I have send emails and send online messages to contact me urgently without success. No delivery made, none received. Pathetic service, not communicating with me.
