Ongoing Concerns with Customer Service

I continue to experience dissatisfaction with the shop's conduct. Instead of addressing my concerns appropriately, I was asked to delete my previous review if I wish to continue shopping at the store. While it is within the owner's rights to enforce admission policies, I believe it is important to maintain the integrity of customer feedback.
