Secondbite have absolutely lack of any service or support.

Terrible support. They say the buy and sell Used Mac's.

I sent them an email to see if I could see my unused Mac to them. They sent me an automated ticket saying they would get back to me. They never did.

I then called then and spoke to the receptionist and asked them if they dealt with buying second hand Macs then they attempted to put me through to someone, and then couldn't get through to who ever. They took my number and said someone would call me and they never did. Then I sent a follow up email to their support about the bad service, or lack of any service I received from them. And still no reply.

So going by the lack of any support I would not recommend anyone dealing with them. You might be able to buy a good priced second hand Mac from them. But don't count on any support or service if you need any.
