Worst customer Service , incorrect ordering , No Business Ethic.

Good day Everybody i hope all is well , so i had placed an order with second wife phoenix plaza branch , at 15:36 the lady acknowledged my order and have taken it down. i had sent my dad to collect and they inform that they had given the order to someone else and insisting we had picked up the order , the lady then takes the wrong order down there after has my dad is ordering she then still starts insisting that we had picked up the order.

he replies that is not customer service where is your accountability the lady responds there after saying nobody phoned and ordered i have full screen shot of two calls placed to their business number

this is worst experience ever imagined for a restaurant that was completely empty the lady who had argued and made a fit from there name is Tamiya had taken the calls and insisted that we the client is at fault , upon hearing her more complains my dad wanted to speak to owner she had refused and told him to leave the restaurant.

this is pathetic honestly very pathetic. Guys find another tika place or somebody coach their staff how to their job correctly.
