Stay away.

One cannot even say worst service, because they give no service. I have been emailing them to clear my name but emails are being ignored for weeks now. It is useless to phone them because you are being sent from pillar to post. It is frustrating and demoralising to struggle like this. I cancelled my debt review with them 2 years ago precisely because of the lack of service and communication and now that I have paid of my accounts I have to struggle again to get my name cleared.
