Tow driver never arrived! Left stranded!

Terrible service! Deserves a zero star rating! The tow truck driver allocated to us didn’t even arrive. We had to be switched to another towing company after being stranded for more than an hour as the Sebol driver was running other errands before attending to our case.

It’s a terrible feeling being stranded on the side of the road and watching the “live update” on the insurer’s app with the tow driver moving further and further away from our location :(
