Sebokeng Hospital

About a month ago my father was admitted at Sebokeng hospital. On arrival he was tested for Covid19 and the results were negative. To the family's dismay; two weeks later he was transferred to a Covid19 ward without his and the family's knowledge of his status. On my investigation with the then Sister in charge I discovered that my dad was not aware of his status as well. What hurts most is that the Sister asked him why he did not inform his kids about his situation and my dad was buffled about the Sister's question. A few days later he passed away. I need professional and legal help on how the family can get answers on what really happened to my dad. I've got a lot of unanswered questions that I would to get clarity on. Can somebody please help as the family need closure.
