Service delivery is very poor Sisters are not welcoming, they tell patients hospital is not their homes. Wards have leaking taps, drains blocked, broken doors, not enough resources. I understand it's a public place but conditions shouldn't be so obvious, filthy place with no resources makes patients more sick...
