Poor service and no communication

<p>So my mom arrived at the hospital with my brother on the 10th at around 3pm. She has been sitting there until we arrived at 9pm and we sat there without anyone coming to explain whats happening and why no one is attending to my brother who was and still is in pain. I decided to call the matrons/management office at 12am and only then did she say she was going to explain to my mother that they are waiting for the other doctor who is in theater the one that's seeing other patients can't help him. We had no choice but to accept that.. Soon after we have accepted and were about to give food to my brother who hasn't eaten in 9 hours the same doctor who couldn't help him earlier is now attending to him. Do we have to complain before we get assistance in our hospitals???? Mind you a looot of people who came after my mother left a long time ago.</p>
