Patient importance
This afternoon my twin brother was involved in a critical car accident, he was rushed o this pathetic excuse of an hospital for emergency care. This all happened approximately 17:30 pm, imagine my surprise when I got to the hospital at 20:00 pm and seeing him lay on a trolley booked as unknown male. Stil awaits a ct scan. We had to push him ourself to the ct scan ward and stil he had to wait in a que because he just came in. If my knowledge is not mistaken a patient arriving via ambulance from a scene of an accident should be help depending on their condition, not be put at the back of a line with people actually walking in and out the ward. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable, what if something was to happen to him whilst waiting in a que.
