Extremely poor health care assistance and lack of patient management

Apon entering the hospital staff have no coordination for distribution of patients, cancellation of operations and appointments, prolonged waiting times for minor injuries and or severe, majority of staff are inadequate with regards to people's s****s, lack off training and knowledge provided to staff, very poor personnel cleaning facilities, quantities of medication is not sufficient enough for severity of illnesses or injuries, lack of iso standards throughout the administration department, apon exiting the hospital, prolonged waiting periods for discharged patients. Overall rating of the hospital condition and facilities are not maintained correctly and water problems throughout entire hospital.
