Disgusted and shocked

This is the worst hospital ever. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2018. Was informed that I needed hysterectomy but to date nothing has been done. Dates are being pushed forward continuously and I am slowly deteriorating. The nurses, doctors and security guards are rude. The system is truly messed up. In the gynae department consultation room is disgusting considering that they are dealing with women. Viruses can be crossed easily there. The nurses just do not care even when you tell them you are in pain. What I have seen in the corridors of that place is appalling.
