Complain

I have been to the hospital since 07:25 and was been jumped by maternity ladies without any explaining anything to me and next after 1hour 30minutes I was helped and even now am still waiting for feedback on it the where about of my file as I was told it's been traced and now that lady is busy with other patients and has forgotten about me.
