Admission Desk

Admission desk Lady assisted my sister and I, she was very unprofessional and rude, stating that we have messed up her Monday morning as the date they have on my dad's card is correct where as they miscalculated his pills and "apparently" the pharmacist counts accordingly to fit the next date of pill collection, which is incorrect because my dad's pills will run out on the 28th of January 2020. She has spectacles on with cornrows and today on the 27th of January 2020, she's wearing a white top and black pants. She refused to provide us with her name. Her attitude is appalling and when working with people you need to learn to leave your issues at home. Can management deal with this and if not, I will take it further up and report this.
