Misleading information to join the gym!!

Im very irritated by the misleading information i got when joining Sebokeng gym. I was very excited when joining this gym based on the information i was given prior to signing up. I complained about the things i was promised to find inside the gym and iv since been waiting for the call back. When i asked the same lady who signed me up about the cancellation, she told me to pay 50% of the remaining months. How can i pay for LIES i was told before joining?? or is this their way of getting money from people ?? by Misleading information????
