Fed up

I'm the member of the gym so I got injured last year which led me not to be able to attend the gym, then I decided to give my membership card to my brother because I've been paying my monthly premium good and I'm using gym. They're telling me to pay the amount of R150 as the transfer then when I'm coming back to the I'll pay it again transferring back to my name. What is that
