ill-treatment from Regus Business Centre Clearwater Agent
Hi,
I would like to lay a complaint about my ill-treatment from the Regus Business Center in the Clearwater Business Park staff.
A booking was made for me to go and conduct my fingerprint assessment at the office, unfortunately I went the on the incorrect appointment date.
So, I requested that I go in for the fingerprint assessment as I was already there and the appointment was for the following day.
After a couple of minutes waiting I had to go into a work an urgent e-meeting via Teams using my laptop, the receptionist came back and advised that the lady doing the fingerprint assessments was fully booked on the day so I will need to come as per my assessment appointment date which was the following day which was fine as the mistake was on my end.
Shortly after that the lady (L. Gatseng) which was responsible for doing the fingerprint assessments came to the sit I was on and asked that I leave the building.
So, I explain to her that I am on an emergency meeting and as soon as I am done I will be on my way as I need to report to my place of work.
The lady (L. Gatseng) advised that I will need to live now as I was occupying the limited space, mind you the reception area had only one sit that was occupied which was the one that I was sitting on so there was ample space for any other client of theirs to sit if need be and I was not even using any of their resources like power to charge my laptop.
I then had to pack my laptop in the middle of meeting which required my input and attend the meeting via my car.
I am really disappointed on the lack of Ubuntu from L. Gantseng and would caution anyone from using that office.
Thanks
For clarity I was not using the designated facilities, I was seated in the reception section. Secondly, I am not sure what you mean by me not being a customer as I was booked in to come and to a fingerprint assessment the issue came in where I came in on the wrong day. I requested only 10 minutes as I had to jump into a meeting whilst I was waiting for receptionist to confirm if I could be allowed in to do my fingerprint scans as i was waiting. So, to expect me to drop a call that I am in and to leave the premises lacks Ubuntu. Your support of my treatment shows your stance on the matter, as if I was someone important I can assure you that they wouldn't have been any issues with me politely asking for just 10 minutes. I will accept their apology but the lady needs to do better next time. Just because we are in fancy offices doesn't mean that we must forget Ubuntu bethu as a people.
