Bad service and attitude

The first time you visit Sebenza Car Wash in Margate you get excellent service. The last 3 times I was there. There was always a issue. Yesterday my 4 brand new carmats gone missing. The replaced them with rotten old worn carmats. When I said it's not mine, when I collected my car they said every cars mats is placed in front of the car that IS my mats. When I said I will publish reviews on social media they said don't worry we will bring your mats to your house. SORRY WE ARE VERY BUSY WE GOT CONFUSED. I waited and no mats were delivered to my house. After 7 I received a message they were very busy they will bring it this morning. I send a whatsapp and voice note and called to say I will collect them please have them ready in 10minutes. When I arrived Carlos tried to make small talk 'trying to help me'!!! My goodness-attack to defend is the worstI business etiquette!! I totally lost it, the disrespect some men on the South Coast have for ladies. BE WARNED MARGATE RESIDENTS&HOLIDAYMAKERS, don't deal with Sebenza Car Wash Margate at Sebenza Village. Their Facebook reviews p age also DON'T exist to avoid negative reviews U assume.
